Why so much complaining?

There was a time when the value of your Entrecard widget was deterimined by the ammount of drops you got done each day. People with awful blogs could really boost their traffic and their value, big blogs that spend more time writing that dropping were valued lower, causing many figh profile blogs to leave Entrecard becuase they didn't think the system was 'fair'.

Now the price is determined directly by how many people want to advertise there. So blogs that are really popular without Entreacard can still get a good price without spending lots of time dropping.

Were people just angry ebcause they don't understand the price structure? Or because it shows you thank people like your blog less than you thought they did?

It seems like there's so many people wanting to complain about this FREE service. Looks like they forgot you only get out what you put in, and that you have to put in more than Entrecard if you want a truely successful blog, in most cases.

People are whiners straight up.

Also lot's of A list or "quasi A list" people with big ego's couldn't take the fact that they weren't #1 in the EC system even though they didn't do anything to participate. Almost like I'm such and such so ... I should be #1.

So they left. I think it was an ego thing. I still find it funny how people complain about free services that have high "bounce rates".

Adwords can have a high bounce rate too at 0.15 a click!

Either way I'm still using it up here but I don't drop unless I find one and I'm logged in. People will always complain

One thing which annoyed me recently is people complaining when bloggers drop the entrecard widget from the site. It doesn't work for everybody, so as it's their blog, why whinge when people remove it?

I have dropped Entrecard too today, I couldn't see the benefit, and already I've had people complain. I got complaints when I refused some chap's request for advertising. I just think that these people should spend more time on their own blgos before complaining at mine.
