Throwing a Blog Contest!? Throw in a Bloggeries Product Free!

Hi guys and gals. I am new here as well but have been blogging for three years on a pretty regular basis. I started out at Blogspot.com then upped the ante to get WordPress.com blog, finding the interface much more blogger-friendly. Then I took the big step of taking over Webmaster duties at my (4 year-old domain) website www.skyaak.com on a WordPress.org platform where I rolled my blog right into the home-page.
That way, my activity on the Skyaak blog becomes spider bait for the whole page, increasing my overall page rank. Sound like a plan? It's working out great so far, but I realize I still have a TON to learn about SEO.
I really enjoy reviewing other websites, blogs, videos, pictures etc that tweak my interest.
I find it always pays off big time in Good Karma!
I'm in the process of launching a little contest to get a sample of my product (it's a new wing-wing glider design) into peoples' hands for FREE so they can take it for a spin to get some first-hand experience with the design.
Looking forward to contributing here, swapping SEO tips and getting to know this community!
