I am selling two of my newer blog sites because I just don't have the time to keep up with them. Details of the two blogs are below. 1. Commercial Real Estate Letter- Retail Markets, Investments, and News : CRE Letter.com- Commercial Real Estate blog. It actually does have a little bit of traffic, but I haven't done a lot in the way of link building for the site. It does have a premium Revolution News theme installed and has some decent authority on Technorati. I can provide any further information upon request. Asking Price- $20 2. Top Finance Blog- Started as a personal finance blog, but only has a few posts and very little traffic. The value with this blog is the domain name. Asking Price- $15 If you have any interest in either of these sites, please let me know. Thanks for looking! |

Wow, that's pretty cheap. I assume that this includes the domain names? How long do the domain names have before they run out? What is the PR on these two blogs?

Probably no PR but more interesting the TopFinanceBlog.com is actually indexed. So for $5 more then a domain. (Whichi s good I think) You get a site w/ some content already indexed. I like it but I don't think I am interested in that to write enough on it; let alone an authority.

Neither site has PR and they are both relatively new. CRELetter.com's domain expires 8/31/2010 and topfinanceblog.com expires 7/26/2010. I hate to see the sites go to waste, but I don't have any time to work on them really. I'd rather sell them off and get something than feel obligated to keep adding content .

Wow! The sites would actually be worth it just for the domain names. Unfortunately, I don't feel like running any more blogs right now. I don't have the time.

They look good, what templates are being used? Do you have the rights to use and sell them?

I actually found a buyer for TopFinanceBlog.com today. CRELetter.com is using the Revolution News theme which is a premium theme. I purchased a single license for that site, so the license would transfer to whomever buys the site. It does only cover that one domain though.
