Guys, it's not fake. Check out the dates on the posts. This was originally put up in October of 2008 and someone bumped the thread to ask how much it went for. It's unlikely it's still for sale.

Readers,
Blogger-tips.com sold in early 2008. I will not discuss how much it sold for, but I do not believe that the current only is looking to resell it. I don't have the current owners contact information, but if you are able to get in touch with them, the site still has great search engine ranking, as well as Alexa and compete scores. It also doesn't appear that the current owner is doing much with the site so they might be looking to sell for the right price.

As for the theme it was a theme developed by wpthemesplugin.com and then I mortified the them to what you see now. wpthemesplugin.com has sold since I downloaded the theme and is no longer available.

Quite interesting to find out you can't contact the owner of the site. Could be a way to promote a website? Looking at site analytics, it has around 1k unique visitors a month. So you can estimate yourself how much revenue it generates.
