All,

I HATE to do this, but my latest project is booming and doing far better than I ever could have imagined. Because of this, I've had to neglect FreshySEO.com a bit and I hate to see that happen because it has huge potential.

The Pros:
-Fully customized logo and brand
-Custom built author footer (displays eight author pics and links for multi author blogging)
-A copy of OIO Publisher already installed and you can even have my OIOpublisher account (Valued at $30+)
-50+ pages indexed in Google
-1,500+ unique visits per month

The Cons:
-It's a brand new site... only about six weeks old.
-Hasn't been SEO'd yet.

Because of the custom design work and footer coding, along with the copy of OIO Publisher, I'm looking to get about $300 for it.
