Also don't forget it's whatever someone is willing to pay. Sometimes you can sell gold but if there are no buyers w/ cash it's like you have nothing. Other times you can sell something mediocre but if you have motivated buyers...

What do you mean domain name is a huge plus? A domain name that sounds good? A domain name that is memorable/catchy? A domain name that is recognised?
