Dog Niche Site for Sale - Page 1 of Google

I built this site a few weeks ago but since then, life has taken a turn towards hectic, and I can't see myself doing it justice. It's too good a site to let languish.

The site is dog breeding for beginners. According to the Google keyword tool, there are 1900 exact searches for this term each month.

The site has a premium wordpress theme, and 13 articles. 7 of them are unique, written by myself (a veterinarian) and my friend (a professional dog breeder). 6 of them are plr written by myself. The site is monetised in several ways - 1. Amazon affiliate widget, 2. Affiliate programs, 3. PLR ebook for sale, keep all the profits, and 4, Adsense income.
