You get $25 if you signup through Godaddy to register your domain name then through Hostgator for your hosting. Make sure you clean your cache before you click through these links to make sure it's under these accounts.

It can definitely be a bit intense the first time. Whether you sign with HostGator or not it's always a good idea to go with a a registrar who's primary business is registration; then find a great low cost hosting supplier.

Yeah, I just wish there was a simple guide baout what FTPs is, how to use it, and wh at to do with your hosted domain naem after you've actually got it. Wordpress can be installed through hostgator easily enough (just click 'wordpress'), but now I have to figure out what to do with my other domain.
