Looking For A Blogging Partner

I was recently offered $6,000 for my blog and although I'm not going to sell TUK, as it's my first big website online, the offer made me realise just how easy it is to set up a blog and get it popular, then sell.

Sales in the blogosphere have followed suit, if you look at past examples:

RyanShamus.com - $2,500
OneMansGoal.com - $8,600
BloggingFingers.com - $6,000
BlogohBlog.com - $10,000
Cashquests.com - $15,000

As you can see, there's some serious bank to be made. I'll be setting up another blog of my own, but I also want to get up a third blog, or maybe even more - one that I'll work on with other partners, and we'll split the end sale 50/50.

I'll pay for the domain, host it on my personal server when I get it, and am looking for a blogging partner. I want a blog to be updated once a day, at least for the first couple of months - I'm thinking that I do three posts weekly, partner does four.

Revenue... most of it will be invested back into the blog so that it can get a unique blog design, custom header, maybe a bit set aside for contest... every thing else will be split 50/50. The end sale price will be split half as well too.

Could you elaborate more Jason?

What would the blog be related to? If its completely related to MMO(make money online), then i would not be interested as i am always out of time for writing things of those type regularly.

Any other niches?

I was thinking MMO or Blogging Tips... Internet Marketing could be another topic, or a Webmaster news website... those are the easiest websites to promote (small contest, and bam, 50 subscribers. Rinse, repeat ).

Hmm how long do you predict for the partnership to last before the blog is ready to be sold? Maybe take TUK as benchmark, how many months exactly?

@ Bobby... TUK's been up maybe 4-5 months. I was thinking sell after 3-5, as it should be worth a chunk if done correctly

@TUK: I am very interested to work with you. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I am able to promise 4 posts per week, 2 or 3 per week should be fine though.

If you need another partner, kindly look at my posts on my blog first and then PM me if you still interested. If anything less than 4 posts is unacceptable to you, maybe you can still consider me for ghostwriting job to be paid per post (for starter, I'm considering $2-$5 per post depending on length).
