I bought wordtracker and I found that HIGH KEI TERMS in popular or even remote niches don't stay that way for long; EVERYONE who finds it targets it and if you check that exact same term 1-2 weeks later it's got a SUPER LOW KEI like under 10. Stick with ~middle of the road and you'll be fine. Think ... What would everyone do then do something different and yes; I also enjoy freediver's post on that blog I learnt a lot / got reminded of a lot. What I like most about it is that it has no FLUFF. I'm great at beefing up articles but when it comes to learning FACTS you want straight to the point which I find that blog delivers big in.

Most of my sites get traffic from google in bigger number than from bookmarks.

the article is great but hey let me add you can also develop a powerful keyword if you add a negative keyword over a main keyword say for instance "shoes" is your target keyword. you can make it distinctive if you add "red" over "shoes". this technique is also effective in Adwords and PPC
