Great post! Monkeyman09 to answer your first question, I think 250 words is a great length for an average post - this is the optimal minimum for good SEO, as well as being a good chunk of information without overloading. I think posts that go over 500 words are great too, but be sure to spread them out with shorter, punchier content.
