Default Re: Somebody host me, please ?

Hosting people for money through reseller hosting is awful! I had a company in ~2001 doing that. Once you get ALOT of customers when the "server" goes down(AND IT WILL!)... Your phone rings off the hook with people tearing strips off you for a lousy $10 a month. That's like ~.33 cents a day!

The irony is most of the people who "chewed me out" about losing business etc... They got no traffic but it didn't stop them from taking it out on me. That's why I got out of the industry way to fickle.

Why is it so fickle? I"ll tell you because you have people emailing and calling you where as your supplier has an automated message so if you don't hear anything from the supplier for 2-3 days your emails are still going off the hook and it's hard to tell people and hard to take.

I'd never recommend doing it unless you have total control over the servers... What a nightmare!

FWIW you can get reseller for ~10-20$ a month.

I'd just end up feeling so responsible for them! I think my account has a limit of 20 cpanels not sure though!
