30 is pretty good for only a month. All you can keep doing is promoting, and make sure you have the right meta description.

Go to where it says "edit html" and in the top enter this right above the first line that starts with <link

<meta content='______' name='description'/>

Where the blank is, enter a description of your blog. Make it one or two sentences, keyword friendly, and to the point. This is what Google will show when it shows you in a search result.

If you want to increase it even more do simple things such as make your RSS button more prominent and/or start a contest that has to do with subscribing to your blog.

Nathan, where do you think that the best place is to put the RSS button?
Also, how do I know WHO is subscribing? I know where to find the # of subscribers but I can't find the WHO part. So if I do a contest that has to do with subscribing - how will I know who subscribed??

If you direct your feed through Feedburner and make the contest through email subscriptions you can check emails and that will tell you.

For an example of how to make your feed button prominent check out Inkweaver Review, my blog listed below. The button is at the top of the right sidebar.
