Hi guys from South Africa,
Any good samaratans out there who would like to help me get some traffic? Bit of a cheek really. My blog at Alcoholism-A Life Sentence is about my recovery from Alcoholism,Depression,Addiction and Anxiety after I received Electric Shock Treatment and Sleep Therapy. What are the best keywords for me to use?

I would just use Alcoholism, Depression, Addiction and Anxiety.

According to Google PageRank Checker - Check Google page rank of any web pages you have a pretty good PR 3/10. How many Google Hits do you get per day? Are you trying to boost it?

I'd use Alcoholism, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety - in that order. Mostly because most people relate alcoholism to addiction and then to depression. Just a thought.

That is a possibility. Google won't really care, but people who see the blog title might notice.

Yeah... I was thinking more in the description, like when it shows up in the search results.

Yeah, that's a good point. It depends on where you are putting the keywords. You can put them in the meta description and/or in the blog title. Blog title is best, meta description users are more likely to see.
