Go the self hosted wordpress route.

I was on blogger this time last year and after a couple of months some folks convinced me to go the self hosted wordpress route. I am very glad I did.

Sure, it was a bit of work, but the freedom of blog design, add placement, etc. was well worth it. Self hosted fees are really cheap these days and you will more than make that up in revenue if you are serious about writing frequent quality posts.

I see that you want to save hosting bills that is why you want to move your blog to Blogger .

If your blog is not very old then I suggest that you delete (after making backup) all you existing blog posts and then create a new blog at Blogger.com and get a custom domain and link is to your new blog .

This is exactly what I am doing now . My blog is on Blogger and I am using custon .com domain to point to it .

Good luck and tell me if there is any other thing that you want to know since I have been through this before I can at least provide some suggestions !
