I see one big advantage of Clicky over Google Analytics.
Google code is in JavaScript, and I have seen recently that quite a number of people disable JS in their browsers, thus statistics are not accurate. Actually, I block Analytics in the browser myself, just because the visiting pages are loading faster. Anyway, the Clicky code is in HTML, and probably would give better statistics, unfortunately you have to pay for it, as their free plan doesn't have much to offer. |

I use the cpanel counter available through my ISP. Seems to work dandy.

I use (or have since yesterday) blogtopsites. It tells you your monthly stats and ranks you compared to all other blogs they have registered in your certain category. It is too early for me to tell if it helps increase traffic tho.

The free version of Clicky is limited to sites/blogs that have less than 1,000 uniques per day.

If you're using WordPress, there are several plugins for keeping track of your stats/analytics.
For my blog I use Firestats (WP plugin) and Reinvigorate. I can also check some of my stats via MyBlogLog and Feedburner. I haven't tried Clicky yet, but I plan to do so one of these days.
