Those cool Blog Directory Layouts.

Hi guys from South Africa,
I am sure you have all seen those cool blog directory layouts in a Sidebar where they are all in one seemingly block almost attached to each other with no spacing between them. How do you do that? Most icons appear to be 80x15. I have seen up to 40 different directories in one block. I use Blogger.
