Google PR Update On-Going

I just noticed today that my white bar just got some nice looking greens in it. Both my blogs Web Design and SEO and iBlognDax -Web Design have greens..I think its PR2 or something...and my web site design and seo site which i intend to make some updates got PR3 . I am very happy that my hard works have finally provided me with good results. My alexa ranking is going down and Im nearing the 100,000 break line. I will surely be below that in a couple of weeks. My blogs and sites are just 2 months old.

Although it's definitely not as important as it used to be, it's still nice.

I had to be on my site today, and noticed I'd dropped one rank down to 3. I was back a little while later, however, and it was this (Eat your heart out everyone! LOLOL):



I had to screen capture it for posterity (and chuckles).

Isn't it fun to watch the up-and-down as PR settles out? A bit like watching the carnival Wheel of Fortune spin round and round!

I dropped from 3 to 2 on one site, and went from 0 to 1 on a couple of others.

My main page went from 3 to a 4.

So, what does that really mean in the grand scheme of things?

Will my pages be placed higher on Google searches?

Will I be able to see more revenue per click from Google Adsense ads?

Will I be able to charge more than the peanuts I am charging my site's current advertisers?

Will I finally be able to write as well as rjleaman and Michigal? (yes, if you haven't been to their sites you will find them interesting)

Curious on what this all means, if anything.

My experience has been, at least so far, that PR doesn't seem to matter once you get into the top page of Google for your SERP. Where PR does really matter is when you try to start selling ads - people will pay more for higher PR site.

i got an upgrade from PR3 to PR4.

This is a very good thing because I am searching for advertisers for my site.
