Thanks everyone for the explanation of keywords. I'm new to blogging and didn't know exactly what they were or how to use them. You all made it very clear! Thank you very muchly.

I notice that your blog is on the Blogger platform. Have you ever considered using Wordpress? It's free, like Blogger (Wordpress.com, that is - Wordpress.org needs a self-hosted website) and lets you see what keywords have been used to find you in your Admin panel - no need for external software or applications. You even get IP addresses so you can use IP Locator to see where the majority of your traffic is coming from, and Wordpress is incredibly search engine friendly and very easy to use. Best of all? You can import all your old Blogger posts so you don't have to start from scratch! Well worth looking into.

There's something special about keywords.
Folks are using specific key terms, phrases and words to find what they're interesting in. If they type in the wrong key terms, or you don't have your blog optimized for specific key terms, nothing will happen. Keyword research and optimization is NOT an option. I use NicheBotClassic.com and Google Adwords free tool which is better.

Below are some sites I like to use to find free keyword estimates. I do NOT take this like it's in stone but it's a suggestion of "what's up".
Free Keyword Suggestion Tool From Wordtracker https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal Both work well. Seriously now don't over stuff keywords. Readers and engines alike will be able to tell if it's genuine or not. Choose some terms that aren't overly competitive (middle of the pack) and rock it. Make sure you have that phrase somewhere in title, first paragraph of your text and make sure you bold it. When you have an idea for a post see if any keywords you can blend in. Don't find a keyword and make a post; great way to blog without passion!
