I agree, make the switch. Unfortunately you will lose your PR but you can still keep your blogspot blog there and re-direct the traffic from a message on the site.

I wrote about this back during my "I did not read the fine print" and absolutely agree across the board.. get your own domain name. It is so easy to say it, but when you are new to blogging, the free services really do get you going.. I don't know about blogspot but wordpress does have a re-direct feature.. I eventually deleted all but the highest ranking posts on wordpress dot com, afraid of duplicate issues..and just waited for the se's to pick up the new site.. loosing a pr4 site..but within a few months of a push it re-bounded to a pr3... |
