Default Comments won't work for my Blogger blog
Posted this same message on another site, hoping I get a response from somebody:

I have no idea what happened with my blogger comments now being allowed to show.

Here is what it looks like in my dashboard:

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?? I've followed everything that blogger help offers me.
