Redirect Help

Hi I have a blog hosted by blogger and I want to redirect the blog. I learnt that 301 is not possible in blogger. What can I do now?

What is the next best method to do this ?

I want to use the non 'www' version only. But by mistake I have used the 'www' version somewhere. As a result of which I am penalized by google.

Now I want to combine both the versions.
