Fortunately my Inkweaver Review blog is almost designed for SEO in that the post titles are guaranteed search terms. When people are searching for a book they enter the book title and/or author name and my blog shows up. But I agree with Bloggeries that if you write the content for people then search engines are going to pick it up automatically. There shouldn't have to be any trade off between SEO and quality writing.
