How do you add a link to a word in your post?
Like if I want to link the word "shark" to another site or post in my blog.

I eventually found it too. too much fish on the mind and not enough searching lol.

Is it possible to add a Title to the URL as well?

Yes, for sure. Let's say you want to link to this thread :

<a href="http://www.bloggeries.com/forum/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=1998">this thread</a>

In Read. it's the url you want to link
In green, it's the title of the url

Most of time, under blogger, you don't even have to go through HTML. Let's say you want to link to this thread again :

I've just discovered a really cool forum !

Highlight the word "forum"

Click on the "link" icon

Enter the url in the popup box

Click okay

That's it !

Did you mean the TITLE attribute? If you did, you could do this:

<a href="http://www.google.com" TITLE="Visit Google now">Google</a>

When hovered, the TITLE attribute shows your readers the destination of the particular link.
