I have just moved wfhpro.com from a (self-hosted) blogger platform to wordpress. (Still writing a post on that exciting move!
)Everything is now moved over just fine. But I am getting Internal Server errors plus some really slow load times about 1/2 the time. I assume this is happening for everyone else also? wfhpro.com is hosted on GoDaddy, do you think the problem is with them? I have installed a few plugins, and I am using a new theme, but I don't have any scripts or anything running that I know about! I've looked at the files and I don't see anything that doesn't belong there. I have no idea where to look for the problem. So if you have any ideas please let me know! Thanks

My suspicion is that it is a GoDaddy issue. However, I just made the move to WordPress and it seemed suspicious that it started at the same time.
Right now I only have Entrecard, Project Wonderful and adsense running. So I don't think it is any of them. I think I am going to send an email to GoDaddy and see if they have any insights. Or wait and see if it just doesn't go away on its own!

I don't know if this helps, but I have occasionally seen an Internal Server Error at times when I know there shouldn't be one. For instance I saw the error, then refreshed the page and it was OK again. If that's the kind of thing you are seeing - i.e. a problem that appears and disappears without you changing anything - then it could well be an issue with your host. You say you've only just moved to GoDaddy, which is unfortunate because I would advise against their hosting. They are fine for domains but their hosting is below par. Hostgator is a lot better IMO. |

Thanks everyone for your help. The problem went away all on its own!
I agree with you about GoDaddy for hosting. I have a hosting account with another company that I have had no trouble with in over 2 years. I may just have to move all my hosting to them.

I have been hosting with godaddy for several years. Not one problem their support is quick and easy to use. And they have great discounts.

I agree and have been a customer now for almost 3 years! I was only down twice that I noticed in this time!
