Depends on if you're on Blogger or Wordpress. For Wordpress, you can manually do an export of your content, or you can get a plugin that will email a backup to you: Il Filosofo » WordPress Database Backup For Blogger, here's a post that talks about options: How to Back Up Your Blogger Blog Jay |

I used my control panel (Plesk). It's even easier on CPanel, which a lot of hosts use nowadays. I would ask your webmaster if he has any kind of server backup service that can do it automatically for you.

I'm on WordPress and use a plugin from Il Filosofo » WordPress Database Backup I've done a post about it quite a while ago, here. As to BlogBackupOnline, seems like a good service, but what about you db's going through someone else.. Not for me. |

I have to now go through all my blogs and make sure they are all being regularly backed up which is a pain but probably better I know now.
