It works best with Yahoo but will have a positive effect on all engines, not to mention that is makes things better for the end user as well.

As I was saying on another thread, TITLEs are important as well. People generally link to you with;

Your Name
Your Domain
Your post title

So, while it is important to write a title grabber to get the clicks (conversion) it should be balanced with keywords/terms that you want to rank for
