I personally wouldn't classify it as such, but I could see arguments for it, I suppose.

I can see how it could be, but I wouldn't classify it as one. I'd say they're at least related though. I really can't see a practical reason for this, it seems like just a rhetorical question... |

A Wiki is not a blog. A Wiki is a normal website that can be edited, nowhere near a blog in terms of functionality (comments), user interactive level (RSS) etc

Depends on the blog you're going to. Some I frequent have more useful information in the comments than in the actual post, which does make it resemble a Wiki. My main point in saying they're related is that in both, a regular user can come along, view potentially useful information, and add to it. Yes, they're different, but they're related. I think a good analogy would be deer and a horse. They're both very different, but they share a number of traits. |
