lots of free article and content out there, but some of them is paid to the principle, and some of them the article is spread out among their friends. and the basic i know is when u get the free article u cannot resell it and cannot modify the content is to respect of the author. but is it a good or bad in term of doing new blog?

If you are talking about using an article form a free article database, I would recommend not doing that. Just because an article is "free" doesn't mean it is also "original". To me, other bloggers, readers, and Google, original content is a lot more important than shared content. I would really advise against taking articles from elsewhere and posting them on your blog because it could destroy your credibility even if you give the proper citation

Well, I have a huge pain against such projects. The entire idea of blogging in my mind is to provide my readers with something unique. Of course I am not inventing the wheel once again, but I can present some of the ideas you might have seen already presented in a personal way. I love reading original content and "feeling" the author's personal ideas in there. Just doing some copy-paste job won't make me come back to that blog ever again.
If we look on the big money making bloggers (and ignore the paid reviews and other crappy content they are starting to publish to increase revenue) we can still find excellent articles and ideas. Their articles and ideas, well written and presented. That's the blog that makes money .. this is the kind of blog people link to and in time it would get revenue. Otherwise you're just another splog on the net

If you really like what they have to say, sit down for 20-30 minutes (or less if you're a good writer) and rewrite every single thing that they say in the article. Add your own stuff in there too, remove some useless stuff that they say. Then you have an original article, written for your site. Make sure your rewrite passes copyscape. |

you mean, rephrasing articles is accepted and legal for SE's

Yup! As long as it's re-written fully. Change the layout a little bit, like I said, add some of your own thoughts and stuff, don't write every single sentence they write. If you do all of that, then it's completely new content. Unless you have amazing software that can do it (I don't know if any), doing it by hand is the best way anyway, because it's your voice, that your readers are used to.

its not at all acceptable for using free articles as they are not going to provide any advantages at all and including that you will be getting a bad reputation. I would recommend you to try freelancing service to get articles from them. There are many people out there who rewrite articles for just $2( >300 words).

With free articles you risk your blog of being penalized for duplicate content. It could also affect your credibility as a blogger. If you want to use an article, you can make your own and rewrite it or change some words to avoid duplicate content and then you can repost it in your other blogs.
