I'm wondering if movie reviewing blogs need to get a license to display those movie cover images and movie trailers. Does anybody know? Or is it good enough to just mark the source?

I don't know, but I would doubt that movie trailers need any sort of license, since they're basically ads for the movie. A quick Google search didn't turn up any discussions about this, so I think that most sites don't worry about it.
I'm not a media lawyer, though, so you might check with some of the trailer sites themselves to see what they do. Jay |

i also wondering about pictures and video liscense thing because when you upload it in photobucket or youtube, unless you make it private makes it a public property and if ever, are they covered by certain license once you decide to embed them into your page?
