Ok so I am using feedburner to redirect my traffic but I don't have any rss button on my theme.
So is there a plugin or something I can put on my wordpress blog to show an rss image and have it link to my feedburner feed. I tried creating an html in a widget with the image I wanted and the link to my feed and it thru the whole layout of my blog off on the side I posted the widget. So if anyone can help me that would be awesome its been bugging me all day. |

Feedburner gives you these tools for your blog. You need to log into your feed and go through the tools listed. There is one choice that places the typical RSS button on your site, you just need to paste the code in the sidebar.
Is that what you mean? |

Feedburner will give you the image it's part of the code - like pulling an amazon link with a picture of a book.

I haven't seen that either...
What I did, which may work for you, was to create a page called Subscribe. On that page, I put a link to the feed as well as a 'sign-up-by-email box'. Check it at Patrick Says » Subscribe. |

I actually got feedflare to work which adds a subscribe to the end of each post so we will see if that works.

Log in to your feedburner account then click on the feed. YOu'll get to a page with tabs, choose PUBLICIZE and then down in the sidebar is Chicklet Chooser (those little icons are chicklets). Choose the RSS feed (or which ever you want) then it generates the code.
Go back to your blog and paste the code in the sidebar. The code for email subs is there also. |

Also, you can place feedburner rss post banners in some social sites to try to get subscribers. I have done this in mylot and myspace (with widget box)...
