A while back I wrote a review for the game Kuju Railsimulator.

Not long after someone "stole" my review and they are now going up against me in the search results. Is there anything I can do to get them to remove the review?

I couldn't find anyone else using your article. I ran your article thru google paragraph by paragraph and your blog was the only one that showed up.

which is, indeed, a word-for-word cut'n'paste of his review (minus his name at the end, of course).

This guy isn't just a scraper, either, since this post (Reasons why i’m hating this game and Blizzard) is actually lifted from the World of Warcraft European forums (http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread....4193615&sid=1), as are others (This Resilience and Rage – Does not work together comes from here: WoW-Europe.com Forums -> Resilience and Rage – Does not work together) and from different characters.

This one (Keen’s Korner - Beta is for Chucking) actually comes from a blogging buddy of mine, Keen of Keen & Graev (Keen and Graev’s Gaming Blog) that he wrote for the Warhammer vault site (Beta is for Chucking -- Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning -- The Hordes of Chaos Vault.

This guy is doing nothing BUT swiping from others. At the very least, I'm going to tip Keen off to this guy, and we'll see what we can stir up.

Report him to his hosting company. Not real smart using some else's content with a date based permalink structure.

Oh, and I heard back from Keen already...he's reporting it to IGN for action.

One thing you can do is go to his site and report him to adsense.

Yes, you can report him their and every other place that he uses. No company would want to have him to be part of their image. There are too many of these idiots out there stealing from others just to try to make a quick buck. It is time to bring change to the blogosphere.
