Where do You Find Images to Use in Blog Posts?

Often times, a picture will catch my attention while I'm out and about on the web. If it's more than just a picture of a random cat or something, then I credit the site I found it on. And if it's seems like something I need permission to use, then by all means, I contact the site for permission....if the photo is 'so' great that I want to go through the trouble of waiting for it instead of finding something else.

I hear ya I try and find the free to use first as waiting for permission can be a really PITA. Sometimes I just give direct credit. Problem is you never know who will say thanks for the link and the fact you like my photo and others will get extremely territorial over it; I've met both

I usually use image source, though like most stock photo sites, the photos look very stock. Perfect sizes for the web though, and they have a large selection.
