Where Do You Host Your Images?

Imageshack has been the best for me. Too many others have slowdowns, outages and such. Never once had a problem getting my images to load from Imageshack.

I use my own server, but would like to know if I would benefit from using a image hosting site?

Apart from saving me bandwidth would it help with anything else? Also do you know of any easy way to integrate it with Wordpress (Self hosted)

before i use to place my images on imageshack but lately i see that some of the images that are hosted on imageshack doesn't show up so switch to using photobucket so far so good all images that i placed on photobucket are always shown.
