I was part of the early formation of one that never got going. It takes dedication from all sides especially the one running it. It works best if you all have a common purpose and goal which may be fulfilled by the online collaboration.  That was a mouthful.

I am part of the team at Bloggers R Us, but it has become kinda stagnant, no one has really been active or posting on it regularly.

I'm working on a collaberative blog about sustainable living (posted it elsewhere). However the other side is on a holiday and not posting at the moment. My current plan is to do lots of work so that he's guilted into contributing again.
