Blogspot functions

Hi,

My blog is on blogspot and can be viewed here:

I had two questions that I would really appreciate help with.

1) Is there an ability of blogspot to put a program that visitors can use on the blog? Such as someone entering the amount of time they are on a treadmill and the program spitting back how many calories they have burned? Or something like that?

2) Does anyone know if there are any crawler widgets that would allow you to have an informative crawler scrolling right to left on the bottom of your blog?

and for the second one.i remember such thing like the one you are asking but sorry i have forgotten the link but you will find it on the net.

i viewed your blog maybe you should try removing the Blogspot navigation bar.if you don't know how then here is the link click here
