Help with blogger blog

ok so when i post a new post it comes up as the first post when you first go to the blog

but my frist post is a review and the 2nd post is just a guide so i want the review to be the first post that shows (right now the guide shows up first)

how do i change this?

i don't have any idea about that one..
and I can't get your point about your post..

all i know is when you post on blogger.. the last post that you will going to create will be the first one to show on your blog..

If you are looking to have a static post on your blogger blog that will appear on each page you can just add a text box from the page elements page and then move the text box page element just above the blog post text box.
