I want to find one or two people who can write regular posts for my blog. I would email them a site to review, and give them a few days to do it. They would then email it back to me, i'd check it, and schedule it for my blog. I would still write my own reviews too, so it would be like: Monday- Me Tuesday- Person 1 Wednesday- Person 2 Thursday- Me Friday- Person 1 Saturday- Person 2 Sunday- Me So they would only have to write two reviews a week. In return, I would give them an advertising space on the side bar of my website. The only problem is, my website isn't generating much traffic at the moment, about 25 hits per day. What else could I offer them to make them want to do it? Maybe regular tweets about their blog at peak times on my twitter page? (About 100 followers) Also, where should I look for people that will write reviews for me? (PS. I am not posting here to get people to tell me they want to do it, I am just asking for advice )

I realize that this doesn't answer your question the least little bit, but: I'm not sure why you want to do this?

As an extension of that question, then why do you want to do it *now* versus later once you have more traffic? If you're just wanting more content or to use it as a way to network, then maybe you should be looking for guest writers versus a regular writer who is required to do a certain amount of posts every week for an extended time frame. You might have better luck getting occasional one time writers who could get a backlink in their review for the time being...and maybe they'd want to again at a later point when you have more traffic?

Submit a request for others websites to write their own reviews about their site. A lot of bloggers/webmasters are looking for as much exposure as possible and would be willing to write their own reviews. Do this until the traffic of your site increases. You can request posts from sites like "My Blog Guest" or even networking with other bloggers on blog communities like Blog Catalog and Bloggers.com. Focus on getting as much content as you can for now and then it'll be a lot easier for you to get guest posters to post content for you |

Ok, I stuck a 'Guest Post' tab on the menu. Lets see if it brings anyone :P
