It's like directing a movie. First, choose an interesting topic by keeping in mind your intended audience. Then plan the content and start writing. The content should be to guide your audience to focus on the subject and reach a conclusion. Keep it as a draft and edit it two or three times to ensure that it conveys something to your readers.
