Problem with Wordpress blog

Tried to post this elsewhere but I couldn't for some reason so hoping here is ok.

I'm managing a blog for a client - it looks fine to me in Firefox and Internet Explorer but he says the red bar is across his face and the rss and search also on his face.

I posted to my Virtual Assistant forum and a couple reported the same while others said it viewed fine. I haven't been able to identify a common denominator so thought perhaps here someone might know what I can do to get it viewing properly.

All suggestions recommended. I need to use a black,red & white template so if you know of another one that might work better I'd love to know about that too.

I took a look and it seemed fine to me when viewed in Chrome, Firefox 4, Windows Safari, and IE7 & 9. Chances are its a crossbrowser CSS issue. You should ask him what browser he is using when he sees the errors.
