Yes, I watermark my pictures, even if they're not really mine (but are NOT subject to copyright). It showcases my blog and it becomes part of my blog's identity.

Hmm, interesting. I understand why you would watermark -any- picture that is on your blog, but it's interesting that you do it even to pictures that aren't yours. I'm assuming you at least still credit the source in your blog itself, so if people make it back to the site, then they can see where it's from? Copyright or not, it's obviously still not yours, so I'm curious how you handle it.
