first decide if you wanna have the paid or the free one, then registered and get your desired domain..then pick your niche and think of what to post

I would suggest that you take a look at established blogs, possible the ones that inspired you to venture into blogging, and see what you like and dislike about them. The fonts, the colours, the themes, the content, the personality. Then think about how you will develop your own voice, and see where it takes you!
