...without bugs in them? The last two free themes I put up were full of bugs, hidden ads/links, and SEO-inefficient. I am starting a new blog and don't want to invest financially just yet. Any tips on where to find free blogs that aren't a big sign "hack me"?

You know, I really like the "new" Twenty-Ten theme that comes with your Wordpress install. Change the colour scheme and slap in a new header image, and it makes a really good-looking and functional blog site, IMHO.
