Your blog actually looks pretty good. If you are talking about how your text starts halfway down the side of your photos on some of your post, go in your editor and go backspace until your text moves up to where you want it next to the picture. The blogger editor can be a bit annoying and tedious at times. Play with it. Before you know it you will be an expert at it. Sometimes in preview it is actually looks a bit different than the published results.

Non-intended paragraphs is the English general style. Still, you can do it, I've seen dozens of blogs with various formatting solutions...

You may want to try changing the size of your text in the Template Designer. Just click on "Advanced" and you should be able to change the font, text size, and text color. This way, you won't have to edit the size of your text every time you create a post.

@ChickenFreak - That's a great tip to paste the post into the HTML tab. I use it all the time! I don't know why the compose mode acts so weird at times.
