Do you ever sit down with the intention of blogging but can't think of anything to write about then try out google trends. This program shows the latest hot topics to write about, which is great if you have a general blog, if you have a more specific blog it can still be useful if your in a popular niche.

I get the same thing. Most often times I'm most inspired when I'm NOT at my computer. Maybe a tape recorder would help that... Then when the recorder is on the flow would probably stop though.

Good idea on the blog trends. That or don't pressure yourself to blog. Just blog when it comes and not when it doesn't. However trends is definitely a good idea. I often have writers block that or just feeling too lazy. (I know we all do at times...)

Exactly the good thing about trends is the research is already there, especially good when you're in a lazy mood.
