adsense for beginners

hi, im planning to put some free download mp3 to my new music blog...

apparently, it can be download in rapidshare, so im only giving links to download

a little bit confuse ....can i get banned from adsense even if only links i posted there?

or the artist can file for a petition against my blog?

i bought the mp3 and uploaded it to a free host like rapidshare any free host.

i need help.
