How to edit my WP theme?

Hey everyone. I'm brand new here. I searched for a good blogging forum for a little bit of help editting my wordpress theme.

I am adding a section of pages for products that I recommend but every time I add a new page to that section it shows up at the top of my page link bar as well and I only want these pages to show up on the right side under the heading "products"

How do I set it so that a page doesn't show up on the top link bar like that?

I guess I can't post the link in here because this is my first post. just type in exploringinfinity dot com to see what I'm talking about if you don't understand my question. I don't want it to show "Take control of your health" on the top of my page.

Actually I figured it out myself! I just put the products as a subcategory under the "Products" page I made!

Hey, are you using the basic, free wordpress or the paid one?
Can you explain how you do the subcategories please?
