its actually easy...all you have to do is think first of your niche, then type on the box thingy there...maybe a keyword related on your site that you can think...just navigate and you'll easily get how it works

Also don't forget to use the 'Website Content' function with the Google Keyword Tool. One thing I like to do is input a competitor's URL which will give you a good idea of Keywords and phrases that your competitors are actively going after.
