Trading Stumbles?

Is the practice of trading stumble-upon votes frowned upon, or is it perfectly acceptable? If it is acceptable behavior, is anyone interested in exchanging stumbles?

I've been using this free tool called LavaLinx.com It's kind of like a social network for social bookmarking where you can trade social bookmarks with other users in the system. So just like what you are talking about, you could trade Stumbleupon votes. Just like anything this can be a bad thing if it has "spammy" intentions. But if your content is honest and good, I see no problem!

My understanding is that trading stumbles or votes is against most of the social sites terms of service. But, that does not mean that you can't send a post or site to a friend and if they like it they can give it some love.

DailyDrinker, I believe you're correct. I'm sure it's frowned upon just to trade stumbles frivolously. That's why I said I only want to exchange with people who actually find my blog worth reading for themselves. There's really no harm in my opinion if we both actually want to share the blog with others because we feel it's of high quality. That's what stumble is for. As long as you aren't just trading stumbles for money even though the blog is spam or garbage.
