what to post and what not in blog

Hi all,
I am new to blogging . I have recently started a blog.
harishtrash1.blog.co.in
i have included content including links to other sites where we can get ebook downloads for free and to some interesting websites. and also some of my own articles and jokes.

My question is if i want to submit this blog for google adsense can i include such links or not.

It's best to keep the content on a blog on topic. That means most of your posts are about the same general subject and not just a bunch of random stuff. And you want to provide quality and useful posts as much as possible. Your blog looks to be pretty general in it's subject so you can write about a lot of different topics. Adsense isn't typically good on a blog like that but other monetization methods might be.
